Packages are tiered. The basic tier covers the items above for roughly 500,000 to 900,000 KRW. Mid tier adds colonoscopy, thyroid ultrasound and cardiac echo. Premium tier adds brain MRI or MRA, CT coronary calcium scoring and sometimes PET-CT, reaching 3,000,000 KRW or more.

Fast for eight hours beforehand. If colonoscopy is included, bowel preparation starts the previous evening and the appointment must be booked at least a few days ahead.
