Volume removed in a single session is limited by safety, not by budget. Korean clinics generally cap aspiration at around 5 litres per session under general anesthesia, and split larger cases across two operations separated by several months.
The fat can be processed and reinjected into the face, breasts or buttocks in the same session. If you want fat grafting, raise it at consultation, because harvesting technique differs when the fat must remain viable.
